		<description>Earlier today I commented a topic on the harsh road the first years of an ID career are and stated my concerns about the difficulty of getting a job in the first place. As I stated then, I only discovered this site today and still have a lot of reading to do. This is great! I am sure a lot of us designers-to-be really appreciate this tips. I do.</description>
